My dad was a keen amateur musician who could knock a tune out of many instruments including the accordion and mandolin. I therefore grew up listening to many well-known and beautiful Italian melodies. This album was a chance for me to fish the various instruments I had inherited from dad out from the loft. Unfortunately, the moths had had a serious go at the accordion bellows!! Fortunately I was able to repair them enough to get these tracks recorded, I hope you enjoy them.
